Mindfulness May Challenge


It’s time for some stereotypical meditation photos because the Well@Work group are launching a Mindful May Challenge! 

Take the 10 minute a day meditation challenge and make a positive difference in your life. Mindfulness meditation is a powerful tool that can help us upgrade our inner technology – the mind, to keep up with demands of our increasingly complex world. Just like our bodies, our minds need training to function at their best. Mindfulness meditation is a form of mental training that supports the mind to be more focused, clear and effective. It’s often described as the practice of bringing your full attention, in an open, non-judgmental way to the present moment. It can help build resilience, better manage your emotions and stress and can help boost overall happiness. Check out the video below for more information on the benefits of meditation.


Meditation not your thing? That’s okay! Take 10 minutes in your day to be present. Do you normally scroll through your phone while eating breakfast? Put your phone away. While waiting for a bus focus on your breathing.
