Employee Assistance Program

Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a free, professional and confidential counselling service available to all Anglicare WA employees and their immediate family members (de-facto partner or spouse, and dependent children under 25 years). The service can be used for any work or personal issues that may be impacting on your general wellbeing or to further develop your personal and/or professional development.  Staff and their immediate family have access to 6 sessions every 12 months.   Volunteers are also able to access our EAP service after 12 months of service with us.

PeopleSense are the EAP provider for Anglicare WA, they employ experienced and qualified registered/clinical psychologists who are friendly, caring and focused on providing practical solutions. To make an appointment with a PeopleSense psychologist, you can contact their reception on 1300 307 912 within business hours (8am until 6pm, Monday to Friday). If you are in crisis, you can contact the on call psychologist for emergency counselling outside of business hours on the same number.
